Finished Rye bread

  • The recipe from the NY Times

  • Making three loaves, rye, semolina, white going front to back.
  • 1 5/8 cup water
  • I mix them before going to bed.
  • Next morning it looks like this
  • After work I start the nex step.
  • Dump the mixture onto the floured sheet
  • Just different lighting
  • Flour it and fold it a few times.

  • I use corn meal
  • I find putting it in bowls makes it much easier to dump into the hot pot.
  • The pot is 450 degrees so be very careful.
