  • There is a door on either side for ventilation.
  • The mother making tortillas of freshly ground corn. They were delicious. She and her husband only speak Mayan but the children also speak Spanish. they have lived here for over 25 years.
  • The griddle is one of the few things not made on site.
  • A non edible Mexican gourd is used as containers for everything.
  • This ancient stone is used for grinding corn by hand. It is very old but just recently found.
